Community Tours Mark Milestone for Phase 1 of Union Square Revitalization

With Phase 1 (D2) of the Union Square Revitalization reaching substantial completion, US2 welcomed more than 125 members of the local community for guided project tours in late June.

Attendees included representatives from the Union Square Neighborhood Council, Union Square Main Streets, Community Action Agency of Somerville, Somerville Community Corporation, the Chamber of Commerce, the City of Somerville, the Somerville Redevelopment Authority, and the Somerville City Council.

US2 appreciated the opportunity to share progress with those who have played a role in shaping the project and to provide a firsthand look at the future of Union Square. A handout from the tour is available for reference.
