PorchFest Brings Live Music to the Plaza at Life Alive

As part of this year’s Somerville Arts Council PorchFest in May, US2 and Life Alive teamed up to bring live music to the plaza in front of the café at 10 Prospect.

The band CodeBlue performed on a specially created “porch” stage, energizing the space with local sound and community spirit. Adding a special connection to the project, the band’s keyboardist was one of the consultants who helped bring 10 Prospect to life.

The event was a celebration of local art, music, and place—activating public space through creative collaboration.
