US2 Makes $234,000 Community Benefits Payment to Support Union Square Priorities

As part of the final completion of the 20–50 Prospect residential project, US2 made a $234,000 Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) payment to the City of Somerville in May 2024.

This contribution brings US2’s total CBA payments for the Union Square Revitalization Project to $1,110,000, supporting a range of community priorities and delivering on commitments to equitable development in Union Square.
