US2 Jobs Linkage Contributions Support Workforce Development Across Somerville

US2 has contributed a total of $475,000 in jobs linkage payments to Somerville’s Job Creation & Retention Trust (JCRT) as part of its workforce development commitments.

The JCRT invests its funds in impactful programs that expand access to opportunity, including:

  • Post-secondary success programs for students

  • Adult workforce training in fields like biomed, IT, and construction

  • Scholarship funds to support continued education and skill development

These investments help build a stronger, more inclusive local workforce—aligned with the long-term goals of the Union Square Revitalization.
