New $517K Contribution Brings US2’s Affordable Housing Support to Over $1M

In October 2024, US2 made its second $517,000 housing linkage payment to the Somerville Affordable Housing Trust Fund, bringing the total contribution to $1,034,000 to date. One final payment will be made next year, for a total commitment of $1,552,000.

These funds directly support the creation and preservation of affordable housing in Somerville, advancing near-term production and helping meet the City’s urgent housing needs.
