10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Mobilize pile driving equipment

  • Install Pressure Injected Footings

  • Daily deliveries of concrete and building materials

  • No heavy trucking or hauling

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Utility work will resume along Charlestown and at the future MBTA bike storage & temporary trailer.

  • Eversource gas & temp electric install along Milk Alley & at Lot 5 is tentatively scheduled (TBD).

  • Foundation work will be ongoing adjacent to the building core.

  • Survey work will be taking place along Milk Alley property line for the future retaining wall install.

  • GeoPier production is to resume on Monday.

  • MBTA elevator steel detailing and wall form work will be ongoing.
