10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Boring Samples of the soil will be taken

  • PIF installation for the foundations

    There will be no heavy trucking or hauling activities

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Utility work will continue along Charlestown and at the future MBTA bike storage & temporary trailer.

  • Eversource gas & temp electric install along Milk Alley & at Lot 5 is tentatively scheduled (TBD).

  • Foundation work will be ongoing adjacent to the building core.

  • Retaining wall work along Milk Alley is to commence after the gas line install with Eversource.

  • GeoPier install will continue within the building perimeter.

  • MBTA elevator steel detailing and wall form work is ongoing.
