10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Pile driving and testing
Pile deliveries
Surveying and monitoring
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Tower crane install will be completed
Eversource’s cable pull off of Somerville Ave to Lot 5 is tentatively scheduled to start
Foundation & waterproofing work will be ongoing adjacent to the building core
Concrete placements will continue at the building core walls & slabs
Excavation, stockpile & export of soils for the garage will continue
Work along Milk Alley scheduled to start Tuesday, 10/12
MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work will continue
