10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Mobilizing pile driving equipment

  • Site work preparation

  • Precast concrete piles

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Tower crane erection is tentatively scheduled to take place Wednesday, 10/6 through Saturday, 10/9

  • Grading and prep at the future MBTA bike shelter & temporary trailer will continue

  • Eversource’s cable pull off of Somerville Ave to Lot 5 is tentatively scheduled to start

  • Foundation & waterproofing work will be ongoing adjacent to the building core

  • Concrete placements will continue at the building core walls & slabs

  • Support of excavation and stockpile of soils for the deep garage will continue

  • Subgrade prep for binder paving will continue

  • MBTA elevator MEP, parapet, glazing and roof work is ongoing
