10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Continue pile deliveries

  • Continue driving piles

  • Cut off piles and site work

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Eversource’s cable pull off of Somerville Ave to Lot 5 is tentatively scheduled to start

  • Foundation & waterproofing work will be ongoing adjacent to the building core

  • Concrete placements will continue at the building core walls & slabs

  • Excavation, stockpile & export of soils will continue

  • Retaining wall & cap work along Milk Alley will continue, north working south

  • MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work will continue

  • Steel erection at the tower will continue
