10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Pile deliveries
Pile driving
Cutting piles to grade and removing excess
Sitework
Note: There will be large/vibratory pile driving equipment used this week.
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Eversource’s cable pull off of Somerville Ave to Lot 5 is scheduled to start on Monday
Foundation & waterproofing work will be ongoing adjacent to the building core
Concrete placements will continue at the building core walls & slabs
Excavation, stockpile & export of soils will continue
Retaining wall cap work along Milk Alley will continue, north working south
MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work will continue
Steel erection at the tower will continue
Note: There will be large/vibratory equipment used on the site Monday - Friday, working adjacent to Allen Street & the MBTA platform.
Weekend Work (11/13):
Underground conduit installation along Prospect Street, between the entrance gate and the tower crane
