Form and Place Pile Caps and Grade Beams
No weekend work is scheduled.
Note: Concrete trucks will be in and out throughout the week.
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Eversource’s work along Milk Alley for temporary power
MBTA retaining wall waterproofing
Concrete & grout placements at the tower
Retaining wall rail install along Milk Alley
D2.4 soil export and stormwater storage system install
MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work
Tower temporary tarp enclosure
Steel erection & precast plank install at the tower
Steel erection & metal deck install at the mid-rise
No weekend work is scheduled.
Note: Excavation operations will continue at the D2.4 site, adjacent to the Allen Street gate, Monday - Friday.
