10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Mat/Tower Crane Foundation form & reinforce

• Place Mat/Tower Crane Foundation

No weekend work is scheduled.

Note: Concrete trucks will be in and out throughout the week. 

*** On Wednesday 12/22 the mat slab concrete pour is scheduled. Work will start at 5am and over the course of the day, concrete trucks will be consistently delivering concrete to the site. ***

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Eversource’s work along Milk Alley for temporary power

• Mid-rise foundation waterproofing work

• Retaining wall rail install along Milk Alley

• D2.4 soil export and stormwater storage system install work

• MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work

• Steel erection and precast plank install at the tower

• Mid-rise steel erection on the north

• Tower temporary tarp enclosure for winter conditions

No weekend work is scheduled.

Note: Excavation operations will continue at the D2.4 site, adjacent to the Allen Street gate, Monday - Friday.
