The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Site work for pile installation

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Utility work will continue along Charlestown and at the future MBTA facilities

  • Eversource’s cable pull off of Somerville Ave to the site is tentatively scheduled to start

  • Foundation & waterproofing work will be ongoing adjacent to the building core

  • Excavation & export operations for the garage will continue

  • Work along Milk Alley tentatively scheduled to start

  • MBTA elevator MEP, parapet and roof work is ongoing
