The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Mobilize pile driving equipment

  • Continue Site Work

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Utility work will continue along Charlestown and at the future MBTA bike storage & temp employee facility

  • Eversource primary pull off of Somerville Ave on to Milk Alley is ongoing

  • Foundation & building core work is ongoing

  • Excavation for the garage is to start on Monday

  • Work along Milk Alley tentatively schedule to begin

  • MBTA elevator glass, parapet and MEP work is ongoing
