The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Continue with site work

  • Take additional boring samples

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Utility work will continue along Charlestown and at the future MBTA bike storage & temporary trailer

  • Eversource gas connection from Milk Alley to Somerville Ave

  • Foundation work will be ongoing adjacent to the building core

  • Work along Milk Alley tentatively scheduled to start

  • GeoPier install will continue within the building perimeter

  • MBTA elevator glass install and MEP work is to start
