USQ Serves as a Learning Lab for Boston College and BU Students

In October, US2 welcomed students from the Boston College Real Estate Club and Boston University for guided tours of the Union Square Revitalization project.

During each visit, students explored the master plan, discussed real estate market dynamics, and toured completed life sciences and residential spaces—gaining firsthand insight into the complexities of urban redevelopment.

By using USQ as a learning lab, these visits provided a valuable opportunity for students to connect classroom knowledge with real-world development experience in one of Greater Boston’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
