The following activities are expected to take place:
Pile Delivery
Driving Piles
Cutting Piles
Demolition and export of excess piles
Excavate for the foundation work to start
Note: There will be large vibratory pile driving equipment used on Monday through Wednesday of next week.
Weekend Work (11/27):
Demolition and export of excess piles
Excavate for the foundation work to start
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Eversource’s cable pull off of Somerville Ave to Lot 5
Foundation & waterproofing work adjacent to the building core
Concrete placements will continue at the building core walls & slabs
Excavation, stockpile & export of soils will continue
Retaining wall cap cut and rail install along Milk Alley will continue
Support of excavation for storm water storage installation will continue at SE corner of site
MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work will continue
Steel erection and precast plank deliveries & install at the tower
Note: There will be large/vibratory equipment used on the site on Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:15 pm of next week working adjacent to Allen Street.
