10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Prep Site /Cut-Off Piles to Design Elevation

• Remove concrete rubble & grade to bottom of Mat & Pile Caps

• Remove Pile Driving Rig

• Mobilize Concrete Contractor

• Form, Reinforce & Place Service & Freight Elevator

• Pit Concrete Slabs

Note: There will be large vibratory pile driving equipment used to prep site /cut-off piles  to design elevation and remove concrete rubble & grade to bottom of mat & pile caps

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Eversource’s temporary power install

• Foundation & waterproofing work adjacent to the building core

• Core ACS form removal

• Excavation & export of soils

• Retaining wall guard rail install along Milk Alley

• D2.4 storm water trap install

• MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work

• Steel erection and precast plank install at the tower

• Mid-rise steel erection will commence

Weekend Work (12/4):

• ACS form removal at the building core

Note: There will be large/vibratory equipment used at the D2.4 site, adjacent to the Allen Street gate.
